Information We Collect
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions as a registered NDIS provider and for responding to enquiries about our services. This may include:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Any message or other details you choose to provide through our website contact form or when you communicate with us by phone or email
We do not collect sensitive health information through our general website contact form unless you voluntarily include it in your message. If you choose to share health-related information with us, we will handle it in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about our services
- Deliver, coordinate and administer NDIS-funded supports where we provide services to you
- Meet our legal, regulatory and reporting obligations as an NDIS registered provider

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information may be stored securely in electronic systems with access limited to staff who need it to perform their duties.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us to operate our business (for example, IT or professional advisers) only where necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements. We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent except where the law requires or authorises us to do so.
Your Rights
Under Australian privacy law you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete or misleading. You may also ask us to delete your personal information where we are not required to retain it by law.

Everyday Nursing Care is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including in our capacity as a registered NDIS provider when handling personal information related to NDIS participants and enquiries about our services.
Where we handle NDIS-related information, we also act consistently with the NDIS Commission's requirements for privacy and confidentiality as they apply to registered providers.
